Is this allowed under Google’s review policy?
Asking every customer for a review is fine. What is not allowed is
review gating — only routing happy customers to Google and
diverting unhappy ones elsewhere. ReviewFlow shows the same
“Post to Google” button to every customer at every star rating.
The private note to the owner is an extra, offered alongside, and it
never replaces or delays the public option.
Does the AI make things up?
The draft is built only from what the customer selected and typed. It
adds connective language, not facts. Nothing is posted automatically —
the customer reads the draft, edits it freely, and posts it themselves
in their own Google or Yelp account.
What does the customer have to install?
Nothing. The review page is a web page — no app, no sign-in, no email
capture. They only need to be signed in to Google or Yelp at the final
step, which most people on a phone already are.
Can I change the questions?
Yes, on Growth and above. You can rename the two chip questions and
replace the chip sets — for example, swapping “what you ordered”
for “which stylist you saw”. We cap it at three questions on
purpose; a fourth is where the twenty seconds goes.
What happens when someone is unhappy?
They see the same two options as everyone else: post publicly, or send
you a private note — or both. Low ratings land in your dashboard inbox
immediately with the customer’s own words, which is usually the first
time an owner hears about a problem while it is still fixable.
Can I cancel?
From Settings → Subscription, in two clicks. Your QR link keeps
working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can
export every draft and note as CSV on the way out.
